SPECIAL RESIDENT RETIREE VISA (SRRV) PROCESSING ASSISTANCE

We provide assistance to and accompany retiree-applicant/s in securing and filing the necessary documents for SRRV application. An SRRV holder may opt to retire permanently and indefinitely in the Philippines (live, work, study). He/she enjoys multiple entry privileges, and exemptions from:

·         Income tax over his/her pension and annuities;

·         Exit and re-entry permits of the Bureau of Immigration;

·         Customs Duties and Taxes with regard to the importation of household goods and personal effects up to US$7,000.00;

·         Travel tax if stay in the Philippines is one year or less from last entry date

·         I-Card

·         Securing Special Study Permit or Student’s Visa

ONSHORE MANAGEMENT OF STUDENTS

RETIREE-APPLICANT CHECKLIST:

1.        Visa Application Form (to be provided to applicant)

2.       Valid Passport

3.         

4.       Medical Examination Clearance, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office (if secured abroad, with English translation)

5.        Police Clearance secured from the country of origin, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office (with English translation)

6.       Certification of bank deposit

7.        12pcs 2x2 ID Pictures

8.       Marriage Certificate if spouse is joining

(Alternative requirements in lieu of the Marriage Certificate)

·   Family Register/Domicile (for Korean & Japanese)

·   Household Register (for Taiwanese)

·   Certificate of Relationship (for P.R.O.C Chinese)

·   Koseki Tohon (for Japanese)

·   Birth Certificate for minor child

9.       Payment of application fee

Principal : $ 1,400

Spouse/Dependent: $300/applicant

               

Note: Retiree-applicant should be at least 35 years old.

All documents obtained/issued abroad must have an English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine

Embassy or Consular Office
